1. Product Usage & Representation
- Fit & Size: Performance wear is designed to be form-fitting. Please refer to our FitSwift Size Chart before ordering. Measurements may have a slight variance of ±0.5 inches due to the stretchable nature of the fabric.
- Color Accuracy: We strive for 100% color accuracy in our photos, but actual shades may vary slightly depending on your mobile or monitor screen settings.
- Performance Claims: While our gear is designed for durability and moisture-wicking, the longevity of the garment depends on the intensity of use and following the provided care instructions.
2. Orders & Pricing
- Currency: All prices are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
- Order Acceptance: FitSwift reserves the right to cancel orders in case of stock discrepancies or suspected fraudulent activity. If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Nationwide Speed: We aim for “Swift” delivery. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours.
- Delivery Time: Expected arrival is 2–4 business days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) and 4–6 business days for other regions.
- Non-Delivery: If a parcel is returned to us because the customer was unreachable, any re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
4. Hygiene & Safety Policy
- Health First: For hygiene reasons, items such as compression shorts, sports bras, and socks cannot be returned or exchanged once the original seal or packaging is opened, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
- Condition: All returned items for exchange must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, and with all tags attached.
5. Care & Maintenance
- FitSwift is not liable for damage (such as pilling, fabric thinning, or logo peeling) caused by:
- Washing with rough fabrics (like denim or towels).
- Using bleach or strong detergents.
- Ironing directly on printed logos or using high-heat dryers.
6. Payments
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders up to Rs. 15,000.
- Advance Payment: May be required for customized team gear or bulk orders. We accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Bank Transfers.
7. Limitation of Liability
FitSwift.store provides apparel for fitness activities. We are not responsible for any injuries sustained while wearing our products. Our liability is limited strictly to the replacement or refund of the purchased garment.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
