Return & Refund Policy

At FitSwift.store, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your gear. If your new activewear isn’t the perfect fit for your hustle, here is how we handle returns and exchanges.


1. 7-Day Performance Exchange

  • You have 7 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return.
  • The “Fresh” Condition: To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • We cannot accept returns on items that smell of perfume, sweat, or show signs of gym use (e.g., chalk marks or deodorant stains).

2. Hygiene Restrictions

For the health and safety of our FitSwift community, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:

  • Sports Bras
  • Compression Shorts / Underwear
  • Socks
  • Sweatbands/Headbands

3. Sizing Issues

  • Exchange: If the size you ordered doesn’t fit, we are happy to exchange it for a different size (subject to stock availability).
  • Shipping Costs: For “Change of Mind” or “Size Preference” exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and a Rs. 250 handling fee.

4. Defective or Wrong Items

If we sent you the wrong size/color, or if there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., a broken seam or faulty zipper):

  • Evidence: Please WhatsApp us a photo or a short video of the defect within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Resolution: We will send a fresh replacement or issue a full refund at zero cost to you.

5. Refund Policy

  • Approval: Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check, we will notify you.
  • Method: Approved refunds are processed via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer.
  • Timeline: Please allow 5–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • Note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Sale Items

Items purchased during a “Clearance Sale” or “Flash Sale” are final and are only eligible for exchange if there is a manufacturing defect.
